• Passport, transportation out of tour itinerary.
• Telephone, laundry, overweight luggage, photograph fee.
• Tips for tour guides, drivers and other personal expenses …

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
If required, tour guide will do some sight-seeing excluding in tour itinerary:
• Shanghai television tower.
• Temple of Heaven.
• Hua Shen Palace
• (Expenses of these programs are excluded)

CANCELLATION CHARGING:
• If cancellation is confirmed 10 days before departure date, 10 % of tour price will be charged.
• If cancellation is confirmed from/after 10 days to/before 05 days before departure date, 40 % of tour price will be charged.
• If cancellation is confirmed from/after 05 days to/before 03 days before departure date, 60 % of tour price will be charged.
• If cancellation is confirmed 3 days before departure date, 100 % of tour price will be charged. (The date is based on working day)

PRIORITY POLICY:
• Customer with VIP card is discounted 1,5%.
• Customer with priority card is discounted 1%.
• Hat and passport cover.
• Special gift for children under the age of 12.

NOTE:
• When registering tour, customer bring passport with expiry date of over 6 months as from the departure date.
• An extra entry China visa fee of 100 USD for American passports. If registering late after the deadline to get visa, an extra urgent visa fee is required.
• Sequences and details of tour itinerary could be changed in accordance with objective situation (weather, transportation …)
