SCHEDULE

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – BUSAN (Overnight on plane)

Evening: You will arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport , international departure terminal. The tour leader will guide you through check-in procedures for your flight to Korea (Overnight on the plane).

DAY 2: BUSAN CITY (3 meals)

Morning: Car and tour guide pick up guests at Busan airport, have breakfast then move to visit

  • Haedong Yonggungsa Temple – located close to the deep sea cliff, along with traditional architecture has created an attraction for this spiritual work that is more than 600 years old. Here, tourists can admire the impressive natural scenery, besides praying for good things and luck for themselves.

Lunch: Have lunch then visit: 

    • Gaya Theme Park – where people can enjoy the culture and life of the ancient Kaya Kingdom. Besides, visitors can watch a historical play there along with many adventure activities.
    • HERO PAINTER SHOW: fun and humorous art drawing performances from talented boys in Korean style.
  • Experience the Haeundae Beach Coastal Train – where tourists can enjoy a panoramic view of Haeundae Beach from above, a super beautiful Busan. 

Have dinner with stir-fried meat. Check in at the hotel and rest.

DAY 3: BUSAN CITY – DAEGU (3 meals)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. Depart for sightseeing:

  • Gamcheon Mural Village – used to be an ancient village on the hill, facing the sea with old, dilapidated houses. In 2009, the village was restored by artists with artistic colors. The mural village began to be known by many people with its very unique, unmistakable frames. Gamcheon is known as the Santorini of Kim Chi country.
  • Hyangchon Cultural Center 
  • 83 Tower - Daegu (take photos outside)

Lunch: Have lunch with rib soup. Continue to visit the ancient village of Deagu:

    • ARC Cultural Center - is an art complex consisting of many different spaces such as exhibitions, art galleries, 360-degree theaters with the theme of "water", observatory... And most notably, there are 1000 statues of people bowing to visitors at the entrance on the first floor, demonstrating the hospitality culture of the Korean people.
  • Otgol Village – is a place that preserves the traditional cultural and historical values of Korea. Visitors feel like they are lost in another world, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hanok houses with curved tiled roofs, pure white walls, and rustic wooden fences create a beautiful picture like in a fairy tale. Walking on the winding small roads, visitors can feel the peace and relaxation in their souls. 

Have dinner with ginseng chicken, return to hotel to rest.

DAY 4: DAEGU – SEOUL (3 meals)

Morning: Check out, depart for KTX station, take the train back to Seoul. Have breakfast and rest on the train.

About Seoul, you can visit and shop.

Lunch with grilled fish. Continue to visit:

  • Gyeongbok Palace ( Gyeongbokgung ) - the royal palace located in the north of the capital Seoul, was built in 1395 under the reign of King Taejo of the Joseon Dynasty.
  • Green House (outside photo) 
  • National Folk Museum of Korea
  • Visit Myeongdong Market – One of the busiest markets in Korea

Evening : You will have dinner at a local restaurant, then check in and rest at your leisure for the night.

Gyeongbok Palace

DAY 5: SEOUL CITY TOUR (3 meals)

Morning : You have breakfast at the hotel. Then depart to visit and shop at the second national treasure of Korea.

  • Red pine essential oil store, agricultural products store.

Lunch: Have lunch at a local restaurant. The group moves to visit:

  • Starfield Suwon Library – the largest book library in Korea – occupies the space from the 4th to the 7th floor, reaching a height of 22m and storing more than 3,500 books. Natural light pouring in from the skylights makes the library look even more magnificent than in real life.
  • Hwaseong Fortress was built by King Jeongjo, the 22nd king of the Joseon Dynasty, to show his filial piety to his father. Recognized as a world cultural heritage.
  • Jisan Ski Resort – You can enjoy the exciting feeling of nature covered in white snow, save photos to commemorate the snowy season and experience skiing on the slopes (excluding rental fees, skiing equipment) (expected to open on December 20)

Evening: Have dinner with grilled chicken. Return to hotel and rest.

DAY 6: SEOUL – HO CHI MINH CITY (3 meals)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and check out.

  • Kimchi making experience – wearing Hanbok 
  • Visit Gwanghwamun Square

Lunch: Lunch at local restaurant

  • Purchasing and packing goods at Polim temporary warehouse

You go to the airport to check in to return to Vietnam. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, the group completes Vietnam entry procedures and receives personal luggage. End of program, say goodbye and see you again.

Note: The tour program may change in accordance with traffic conditions, actual weather conditions or changes in flight schedules by the airline. The travel company reserves the right to change or cancel any attractions that may affect your safety (all changes will be notified in advance).

THE TOUR IS NOT INCLUDED

1. Personal expenses, excess baggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing outside the program.

2. Due to the dependence on the time of registration and the Consulate issuing the VISA, the ticket price may change at the time of ticket issuance.

CHILDREN POLICY

– Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (with separate bed).
– Children 11 years old and over: 100% of adult tour price.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT RULES

  • Customers fill out the registration form and provide visa application documents at least 20 days before departure date.
  • Pay tour deposit 9,000,000 VND/person (INCLUDING VISA FEE + AIR TICKET)
  • Complete tour payment 10 days before departure date (in case the consulate reports that your visa is rejected after paying the full tour fee, we will refund the full tour fee according to regulations).
  • For guests with visa exemption or visa, we will deduct 1,000,000 VND/guest

In case your visa application is refused: 

  • 100% deposit refund – In case you register and submit your application 30 days before departure date (Not applicable for EVISA)
  • Non-refundable fee is 3,500,000 VND/ guest – in case the guest registers and submits the application after 30 days (Due to payments such as: visa fee, visa service fee, translation, guarantee letter, air ticket deposit...)
  • Complete the deposit (if any) immediately after the customer enters Vietnam. 
  • The company will guide you through visa procedures, how to fill out visa application forms, register the date of application submission. Please provide correct and complete information as required by the visa department to ensure your visa results are smooth.
  • For passengers over 80 years old, insurance may waive liability.

  • Cancel tour after registration penalty fee 70% deposit 
  • Cancel tour 7 days in advance, penalty fee = 50% of total tour program price. (Calculated by working days)
  • Cancel tour 5 days in advance, penalty fee = 75% of total tour program price. (Calculated by working days)
  • After the above time, penalty fee = 100% of total program value. (Calculated by working days)
  • The cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or by fax, email, telephone message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted.
  • Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
  • For customers who already have a visa, the Company will keep the passport for 3 months (visa validity period) or cancel the visa stamp.

In case of positive test, it will be postponed to the nearest day.

– Before registering for a tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, tour price included and not included in the program.
– In case you already have a visa, 500,000 VND will be deducted.
– If the customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images, information in the original are blurred, unclear, passport is expired or not in accordance with regulations...), the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law before being allowed to leave the country. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to leave the country, the Company is not responsible for compensating for damages.
– Due to the nature of the group tour, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adults and ensure that the tour will depart on schedule. In case the tour does not have enough guests 7 days before departure,
The company is responsible and will refund the tour fee.
– Customers who have had cosmetic surgery, please re-issue a new passport with the current photo. If you are unable to enter the country due to the passport photo being different from the actual photo, the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– No reason for separation from the group for visiting relatives, business… is accepted.
– Because flights depend on the Airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
– (Passport) Must be valid for more than 6 months (from departure date).
– The tour is purely tourist, throughout the program you are not allowed to leave the group. (For customers who separate from the group, the Chinese company will charge a fee for separating from the group).
– If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, they must bring it with them on the tour.
– Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized person must have a letter of authorization from the parent.
– The company will support the application procedures to the best of its ability when you are denied entry into Chinese territory.
