SCHEDULE

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – SEOUL (Overnight on plane)

Evening: You will arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport , international departure terminal. The tour leader will guide you through check-in procedures for your flight to Korea (overnight on the plane).

DAY 2: SEOUL – STARFIELD – SKIING (3 meals)

Morning: The group arrives at Incheon airport . Car and tour guide pick up the group for breakfast, then visit:

  • Starfield Suwon Library – the largest book library in Korea – occupies the space from the 4th to the 7th floor, reaching a height of 22m and storing more than 3,500 books. Natural light pouring in from the skylights makes the library look even more magnificent than in real life. 
  • Hwaseong Fortress was built by King Jeongjo, the 22nd king of the Joseon Dynasty, to show his filial piety to his father. Recognized as a world cultural heritage.

Lunch: You will have lunch at a local restaurant and then visit:

  • Jisan Ski Resort – a complex entertainment area located in the majestic scenery of the mountains. You can enjoy the exciting feeling of nature covered in white snow, save photos to commemorate the snowy season and experience skiing on the slopes (excluding rental fees, skiing equipment expected to open on December 20) 

Evening: The group has dinner at a local restaurant, returns to the hotel, rests or is free to have fun and explore Seoul at night.

DAY 3: CITY SEOUL (3 meals)

Morning: You will have breakfast at the restaurant and then go shopping.

Lunch: Have lunch at a local restaurant.

  • Gyeongbok Palace ( Gyeongbokgung ) - the royal palace located in the north of the capital Seoul, was built in 1395 under the reign of King Taejo of the Joseon Dynasty.
  • National Folk Museum of Korea – A place to preserve and conserve Korean cultural heritage with over 10,000 specimens reflecting rituals, religion, home decoration and objects in traditional Korean families.
  • The Blue House – Workplace of the Korean presidents (taken outside)
  • Namsan Tower – located on Namsan Mountain , offering visitors panoramic views of the city, has become a symbol of Seoul.

Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant then return to the hotel, check in. Rest.

Gyeongbok Palace (Gyeongbokgung Palace)

DAY 4: SEOUL – LOTTE WORLD (3 meals)

Morning: You have breakfast at the hotel. The group moves to visit and shop:

  • Red pine essential oil store, agricultural products store, Domestic cosmetics
  • Kimchi making experience – wearing Hanbok

Lunch: The group has lunch at a local restaurant and visits:

  • Lotte World - One of the largest indoor parks with many complex games . 
  • Show Hero Painter – Audiences will enjoy a play, an art show and a musical in one performance creating approximately 10 live works of art on stage through an exciting 75-minute show.
  • Visit Myeongdong Market – One of the busiest neighborhoods in Korea

Evening: The group has dinner at a local restaurant. Free to explore Seoul at night with local night markets.

Lotte World

DAY 5: SEOUL – HO CHI MINH CITY (2 meals)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. Go to the airport to check in for the flight back to Vietnam.

Arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport, the group completes Vietnam immigration procedures and receives personal luggage. The tour leader says goodbye and hopes to see you again.

Note: The tour program may change in accordance with traffic conditions, actual weather conditions or changes in flight schedules by the airline. The travel company reserves the right to change or cancel any attractions that may affect your safety (all changes will be notified in advance).

THE TOUR IS NOT INCLUDED

1. Personal expenses, excess baggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing outside the program.

2. Due to the dependence on the time of registration and the Consulate issuing the VISA, the ticket price may change at the time of ticket issuance.

3. Single room surcharge (if any): $300/tour.

5. Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign visitors: 1,400,000/person.

CHILDREN POLICY

– Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (with separate bed).
– Children 11 years old and over: 100% of adult tour price.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT RULES

  • Customers fill out the registration form and provide visa application documents at least 20 days before departure date.
  • Pay tour deposit 9,000,000 VND/person (INCLUDING VISA FEE + AIR TICKET)
  • Complete tour payment 10 days before departure date (in case the consulate reports that your visa is rejected after paying the full tour fee, we will refund the full tour fee according to regulations).
  • For guests with visa exemption or visa, we will deduct 1,000,000 VND/guest

In case your visa application is refused: 

  • 100% deposit refund – In case you register and submit your application 30 days before departure date (Not applicable for EVISA)
  • Non-refundable fee is 3,500,000 VND/ guest – in case the guest registers and submits the application after 30 days (Due to payments such as: visa fee, visa service fee, translation, guarantee letter, air ticket deposit...)
  • Complete the deposit (if any) immediately after the customer enters Vietnam. 
  • The company will guide you through visa procedures, how to fill out visa application forms, register the date of application submission. Please provide correct and complete information as required by the visa department to ensure your visa results are smooth.
  • For passengers over 80 years old, insurance may waive liability.

MORE INFORMATION

Immediately after registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price. The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before departure.
– Cancel tour after registration, penalty fee is 50% deposit (+visa fee if any).
– Cancel tour 30 days in advance, penalty fee = 50% of total tour program price (+ visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days )
– Cancel tour 20 days in advance, penalty fee = 75% of total tour program price (+ visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days )
– After the above time, penalty fee = 100% of total program value (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated by working days)
– Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or by fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.
– Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

– Before registering for a tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, tour price included and not included in the program.
– In case you already have a visa, 500,000 VND will be deducted.
– If the customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images, information in the original are blurred, unclear, passport is expired or not in accordance with regulations...), the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law before being allowed to leave the country. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to leave the country, the Company is not responsible for compensating for damages.
– Due to the nature of the group tour, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adults and ensure that the tour will depart on schedule. In case the tour does not have enough guests 7 days before departure,
The company is responsible and will refund the tour fee.
– Customers who have had cosmetic surgery, please re-issue a new passport with the current photo. If you are unable to enter the country due to the passport photo being different from the actual photo, the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– No reason for separation from the group for visiting relatives, business… is accepted.
– Because flights depend on the Airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
– (Passport) Must be valid for more than 6 months (from departure date).
– The tour is purely tourist, throughout the program you are not allowed to leave the group. (For customers who separate from the group, the Chinese company will charge a fee for separating from the group).
– If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, they must bring it with them on the tour.
– Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized person must have a letter of authorization from the parent.
– The company will support the application procedures to the best of its ability when you are denied entry into Chinese territory.
