SCHEDULE

DAY 1: HANOI – KANSAI AIRPORT (Overnight on plane)

20:00: Tour guide picks you up at the International Departure Terminal, Noi Bai Airport. Check in for Vietnam Airlines flight VN 334 to Kansai - Japan (00:30 - 06:40). You will spend the night on the plane .

 

DAY 2: KANSAI – KOBE – OSAKA (Breakfast on the plane, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Expected at 06:40 the group will arrive at Kansai airport, complete immigration procedures. The car will take you to Kobe to visit:

  • Hakutsuru Sake Museum : one of Japan's famous Sake producing regions, learn about the Sake making process, then you will be able to try some delicious Sake.
  • Kobe Port Tower: symbol of Kobe city. At night, the entire tower is lit up with LED lights, creating a magical, shimmering scene. (taken outside)

Lunch: Lunch at a local restaurant with famous Kobe beef .

Afternoon: The group moves to Osaka to visit:

  • Osaka Castle (take photos outside): is a cultural and historical destination ranked among the "Three Great Castles" of Japan. Coming here, you will definitely be amazed by its magnificent yet ancient appearance.
  • You can watch Geisha show, experience wearing traditional Japanese costumes , and shop freely at Shinsaibashi shopping center - the busiest commercial area of Osaka city.

Evening: Dinner at local restaurant. Check in and stay overnight at Osaka hotel.

Osaka Castle

DAY 3: OSAKA – KYOTO – NAGOYA/TOYOHASHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. Then the group checks out. The car picks up the group to the train station to experience the Shinkansen bullet train (the pride of the Japanese, with a speed of 300km/h) to Kyoto.

  • Kiyomizu Dera Temple is a part of the cultural heritage of the ancient capital of Kyoto with a very large campus located on a hill among maple trees and cherry blossoms .
  • Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine: Built in the 8th century, it is one of the oldest shrines in Japan. With around 10,000 vermillion torii gates winding along a two-hour walking path. Soon after the shrine was built, to demonstrate the contributions of worshippers, a torii gate would be built with their names inscribed on it. Soon, hundreds of thousands of people wanting similar fortunes came to this famous shrine to buy their own torii gates, creating the “Senbon Torii” tunnel you see today.

Evening: The group will have dinner at a local restaurant or hotel. You will check in to rest and freely explore Nagoya/Toyohashi city at night.

Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine

DAY 4: NAGOYA/TOYOHASHI – YAMANASHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel. Then the group checks out. The car picks you up and takes you to the Fuji area for sightseeing.

  • Fujiten Ski Resort located on the north side of Mount Fuji – the symbol of Japan, so it is very convenient for viewing Fuji from afar, standing out in the vast white snowy landscape. Fujiten is also known as the most beautiful ski resort in Asia because the white snowy landscape here creates a scene like a fairy tale. (Game costs are at your own expense)
  • Oshino Hakkai Ancient Village – a village located right at the foot of Mount Fuji. To this day, the villages in Oshino Hakkai still retain the traditional Japanese architecture of ancient times.

Afternoon: Free shopping at Gotemba Outlet shopping mall ( if time permits) .

Evening: Dinner. Check in to the hotel and stay overnight in Fuji. You are free to bathe in the natural hot springs in the hotel grounds in Japanese style (called Onsen in Japanese - the Japanese believe that soaking in hot springs will cure some diseases such as joint pain, aches and pains... and some other diseases).

Oshino Hakkai Ancient Village

DAY 5: YAMANASHI – TOKYO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Then the group checks out. The car picks you up to visit:

  • Mount Fuji – the symbol of Japan – is an active volcano and the highest peak in Japan – 3776m high and surrounded by 5 lakes surrounding Mount Fuji. You can visit the 5th station if the weather is good (in case of bad weather, you will visit and take pictures at the foot of the mountain).

Lunch & Afternoon: You will have lunch at the restaurant. Then continue to visit

  • Asakusa Kannon Temple also known as Sensō-ji is an ancient temple located in Asakusa, Taito, Tokyo, Japan. It can be said that this is the oldest and most important temple in Japan. The temple was built specifically to worship Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara.
  • Shopping at Nakamise walking street is a shopping street about 250m long, stretching from Thunder Gate to Hozomon Gate, formed in 1685 with many sophisticated traditional handicraft products, and spiritual meaning.
  • Take a photo with Tokyo Skytree from the Sumida River
  • Shopping in Akihabara shopping paradise (if there is time)

Evening: Dinner at local restaurant. Check in hotel and overnight.

Asakusa Kannon Temple

DAY 6: TOKYO – HANOI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner on the plane)

Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Check out . Car takes you to visit:

  • The Imperial Palace is one of the ancient palaces, with a long history, the beauty associated with historical culture. Currently, this is still the residence and workplace of the Japanese Royal Family (taken outside)
  • Odaiba Artificial Island : Odaiba – located on a large artificial island in Tokyo Bay, originally built to protect Tokyo from naval attacks during the Edo period in the 17th-19th centuries, is now a bustling area, attracting millions of tourists every year. In addition, the bay also has the Odaiba Statue of Liberty located right in front of the Rainbow Bridge , making it appear to be the same size as the original Statue of Liberty in New York, but in fact it is seven times smaller.

After lunch, the car takes the group to Haneda International Airport to take flight VN 385 (16:35 ~ 20:10) to Hanoi. Arriving at Noi Bai Airport, the car takes the group back to the original pick-up point. End of tour program.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Under 2 years old: 20% of tour price (sharing bed with adults)
  • From 2 – under 11 years old: 85% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults). An adult can only accompany 1 child. In case of 2 children accompanying, pay for 1 child as an adult to get an extra bed.
  • From 11 years old and up: pay as adults.
  • In case there is only 01 guest (adult) traveling with 01 child (under 12 years old), please pay the tour fee for the child to sleep in a separate bed.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT RULES

  • Phase 1: Deposit 10,000,000 VND/customer immediately after confirming tour registration.
  • Phase 2: Pay the remaining amount immediately after the Consulate issues the visa or before issuing the plane ticket (whichever comes first).

If you cancel the tour, you will have to pay the tour cancellation fee and air ticket cancellation fee according to the terms below:

  • Cancellation 30 – 45 days in advance: 10% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 20 – 29 days in advance: 20% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 15 – 19 days in advance: 40% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 06 – 14 days in advance: 75% of total tour price
  • Cancellation 05 days in advance: 100% of total tour price
  • In case the customer cancels the tour with a visa, the Company will keep the visa until it expires (tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
  • If you cancel your tour after the Embassy or Consulate has issued your visa: The travel company has the right to cancel your visa.
  • Tour cancellations must be notified directly to the company via fax, e-mail and must be confirmed by the Travel Company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
      • If you request a single room or travel alone/in a group of 3, 5, or 7 people but have no one to share a room with, you will have to pay an additional fee.
      • Departure group from 16 people. In case there is not enough group, the company will notify you 02 weeks in advance to postpone the flight date.
      • For customers who have undergone cosmetic surgery (eyelid surgery, chin reduction, nose lift, lip surgery, etc.), please change to a new passport after the cosmetic surgery. In case you use your old passport before the cosmetic surgery and customs refuse to exit/enter the country, you will be fully responsible for 100% of the tour cancellation fee, the cost of airfare back to Vietnam (if any) and any costs incurred due to the refusal to exit/enter the country.
      • The season of yellow and red leaves is easily affected by the weather conditions outside and turns color sooner or later. This is a case of force majeure, we hope you understand and sympathize. 
      • For customers aged 70-79: the insurance premium is 150% and the maximum insurance benefit is 500 million VND/person/case. Customers must have a doctor's health check + health commitment with the Company. A relative under 60 years old is required to accompany them. 
      • Restricted from accepting guests aged 80 and over. Guests aged 80 and over do not have insurance. Customers must have a health certificate and a commitment to ensure good health to participate in the tour program and take responsibility for themselves. If there is an incident, the travel company is exempted from responsibility in this case.  
      • Only covers customers participating in the tour and incidents occurring during the travel period from the date of entry to the end of the tour. In case the customer continues to receive treatment after the end of the tour according to the instructions of the health authority, they will also be insured (based on documents and invoices from the health authority). The insured amount is considered and compensated by the insurance company according to the contract signed with the travel agency, not based on all of your invoices.
    • Due to the tour development process 3-4 months before departure, some destinations in the program may change to suit the departure time of each tour.
    • Tour price does not include visa re-entry fee to Vietnam for overseas Vietnamese & foreigners.
    • In case you are not allowed to exit or enter the country for personal reasons, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
    • If guests are overseas Vietnamese or foreigners with a departure visa, they must bring them with them on the tour.
    • The order and details in the program can be changed to suit the objective situation (weather, traffic...)
    • The travel company will not be responsible for ensuring the tourist attractions in case of natural disasters, security incidents, aviation incidents, etc.
    • When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and non-inclusions in the program, cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not come directly to register for the tour but are registered by someone else, please find out carefully the program from the person registering for you.
    • As flights depend on the airline, in some cases flight times may be changed without prior notice.
