SCHEDULE

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – DUBAI (1 MEAL)

  • You gather at Tan Son Nhat airport, international departure terminal, the tour leader will guide you through the check-in procedures for the 5-star national airline flight of the United Arab Emirates .

  • On the plane, you will be served a buffet meal with an attractive European - Asian menu.

DAY 2: DUBAI – CITY TOUR (3 meals)

  • 04:10: Arrive at Dubai airport , complete immigration procedures, then the car and local guide pick up the group for breakfast, you begin the tour:
  • The Al Fahidi Historical and Cultural Quarter , also known as Bastakiya, was once a bustling gathering place for merchants in the late 19th century.
  • Next, what tourists find most interesting here is using the traditional “water taxi” service along the route to the unique ancient markets in Dubai.
  • Stop by Dubai Creek to visit the Gold Souk and Spice Souk.
  • The group had lunch, continued the tour program.
  • Dubai Mall – You can visit and shop at booths of famous leading brands. There is also Dubai Water Park, Discovery Center, the world's largest candy store Candylicious, an indoor park of over 7,000 m2 and an indoor ice skating rink.
  • Burj Khalifa Tower – This tower is a tourist attraction of Dubai, including residential, commercial, hotel, entertainment, the world's largest shopping center. You can stop to take souvenir photos here, and can pay your own expenses to go to the world's highest observatory located on the 124th floor of the building.
  • 18:30 You will admire the special Water Fountain show - a perfect combination of sound, light and beautiful water dances.
  • The group had dinner at a local restaurant, then returned to the hotel to check in and rest in Dubai.
Al Fahidi Historical and Cultural Quarter

DAY 3: PALM JUMEIRAH – SAFARI – MIRACLE GARDEN (3 meals)

  • Have breakfast and start the program: 
  • Tour group to Palm Jumeirah – Taking the sky train will help you reach the palm island quickly and have the opportunity to admire the beauty of the artificial island from above.
  • The group took a photo in front of the world-famous 7-star hotel Burj Al Arab - the 321m high Arabian tower. This is one of the world's top hotels, shaped like an Arabian sailboat, a symbol of Dubai's urbanization and located on an artificial island 280m from the mainland.
  • Miracle Garden – Miracle Garden and known as the “cool green gem” in the middle of the arid desert, is voted the largest flower garden in the world with an area of over 70,000 square meters. The garden gathers 45 million flowers of all colors and varieties. The flowers are not only planted in clusters but also used to create beautiful works of art such as pyramids, flower carpets, flower cars, etc. 
  • Dubai Leather Centre – a chance to try your hand at modeling and walk the catwalk. Beautiful leather designs that are in line with fashion trends.
  • The group has lunch and then continues the journey to explore the Safari Desert (1 car/6 guests) by specialized Land Cruiser vehicle. 
  • Arrive at the stop, the gateway before entering the Desert . You will start your adventure with a sense of adventure on the sand dunes. At the end of the journey, you will arrive at the Camel campsite - a gathering place for local people to welcome tourist groups. This is where you will enjoy the wonderful feeling of admiring the desert sunset like a real nomad. You will be warmly welcomed by the locals, enjoy cups of Arabic coffee, try sheesha, drink camel milk... and especially a BBQ buffet party with extremely attractive belly dancers .
  • At the end of the program, the bus takes the delegation to the hotel to rest.
Palm Island

DAY 4: DUBAI – ABU DHABI (3 meals)

  • After breakfast, the group departs to visit Abu Dhabi. The car takes you to visit:
  • The delegation visited the Sheikh Zayed Mosque – the pride of the United Arab Emirates. This is the most luxurious mosque in the world, with luxurious materials such as white marble, Swarovski crystals, Persian carpets, etc. The entire mosque has 82 domes and 1,048 columns outside shaped like date palm trees – a typical tree of the Middle East. In addition, the mosque also has an incredible capacity of more than 40,000 believers praying at the same time.
  • Corniche – a coastal road , 8 km long, manicured beach, overlooking the majestic and luxurious Presidential Palace and Emirates Palace . You have the opportunity to enjoy gold-plated cakes (at your own expense).
  • You will have international buffet lunch at 5* hotel.
  • The tour group went shopping at the Date Market .
  • Take a photo outside with the Ferrari Supercar Museum – with its unique architecture, likened to an alien construction, it is the largest indoor park in the world. Within the premises of this entertainment complex is an F1 racetrack.

DAY 5: DUBAI – HO CHI MINH CITY (2 meals)

2. Single room surcharge for guests who need to sleep in a separate room : 6,000,000 VND/guest/tour (tour departing on weekdays), 7,500,000 VND/guest/tour for tours departing on holidays.
 3. Excess baggage. Transportation outside the program + Night shows.
4. Telephone, laundry, drinks in hotel room and other personal expenses.

 6. Re-entry visa for foreign nationals.

CHILDREN POLICY

– Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (with separate bed).
– Children 11 years old and over: 100% of adult tour price.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT RULES

  • Customers fill out the registration form and provide visa application documents at least 20 days before departure date.
  • Pay tour deposit 9,000,000 VND/person (INCLUDING VISA FEE + AIR TICKET)
  • Complete tour payment 10 days before departure date (in case the consulate reports that your visa is rejected after paying the full tour fee, we will refund the full tour fee according to regulations).
  • For guests with visa exemption or visa, we will deduct 1,000,000 VND/guest

In case your visa application is refused: 

  • 100% deposit refund – In case you register and submit your application 30 days before departure date (Not applicable for EVISA)
  • Non-refundable fee is 3,500,000 VND/ guest – in case the guest registers and submits the application after 30 days (Due to payments such as: visa fee, visa service fee, translation, guarantee letter, air ticket deposit...)
  • Complete the deposit (if any) immediately after the customer enters Vietnam. 
  • The company will guide you through visa procedures, how to fill out visa application forms, register the date of application submission. Please provide correct and complete information as required by the visa department to ensure your visa results are smooth.
  • For passengers over 80 years old, insurance may waive liability.

MORE INFORMATION

  • Cancel tour after registration penalty fee 70% deposit 
  • Cancel tour 7 days in advance, penalty fee = 50% of total tour program price. (Calculated by working days)
  • Cancel tour 5 days in advance, penalty fee = 75% of total tour program price. (Calculated by working days)
  • After the above time, penalty fee = 100% of total program value. (Calculated by working days)
  • The cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or by fax, email, telephone message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted.
  • Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
  • For customers who already have a visa, the Company will keep the passport for 3 months (visa validity period) or cancel the visa stamp.

In case of positive test, it will be postponed to the nearest day.

– Before registering for a tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, tour price included and not included in the program.
– In case you already have a visa, 500,000 VND will be deducted.
– If the customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images, information in the original are blurred, unclear, passport is expired or not in accordance with regulations...), the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law before being allowed to leave the country. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to leave the country, the Company is not responsible for compensating for damages.
– Due to the nature of the group tour, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adults and ensure that the tour will depart on schedule. In case the tour does not have enough guests 7 days before departure,
The company is responsible and will refund the tour fee.
– Customers who have had cosmetic surgery, please re-issue a new passport with the current photo. If you are unable to enter the country due to the passport photo being different from the actual photo, the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– No reason for separation from the group for visiting relatives, business… is accepted.
– Because flights depend on the Airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
– (Passport) Must be valid for more than 6 months (from departure date).
– The tour is purely tourist, throughout the program you are not allowed to leave the group. (For customers who separate from the group, the Chinese company will charge a fee for separating from the group).
– If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, they must bring it with them on the tour.
– Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized person must have a letter of authorization from the parent.
– The company will support the application procedures to the best of its ability when you are denied entry into Chinese territory.
