DAY 1 

HO CHI MINH CITY. HCMC – SYDNEY                                                      

16:00: Meet at Tan Son Nhat Airport, the head of the company's delegation will pick you up at Gate D2, International Departure Terminal to check in for your flight to Melbourne. You spend the night on the plane. Scheduled flight: VJ085 SGNSYD 19:05 07:00+1

DAY 2 

CITY SYDNEY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

7:00 The delegation arrives in Syd, the car and the tour guide pick up passengers, take them to visit:

  • The Rocks Old Town – where the first white people settled in Australia.
  • Botanic Garden – a botanical garden opened in 1816 with an area of 30 hectares.

The Sydney Opera House has an extremely impressive and famous architecture of Sydney with three sides facing the sea.

  • Darling Harbour- a bustling seaport home to many famous outdoor romantic cafes in Sydney.
  • Chợ cá Fish Market

Have lunch and dinner at a local restaurant

Return to the hotel, rest. Freely explore Sydney at night.

DAY 3 

SYDNEY – BLUE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: After having breakfast, the delegation visited:

  • Blue Mountain Nature Reserve  – a world heritage site, which retains intact wilderness from the time Aboriginal people lived. 
  • Feel free to take pictures of the Three sisters, if you are lucky, you can take pictures with the aborigines with trumpets and traditional tunes.
  • Experience the Sennic World tugboat.

Evening: the group returns to the hotel for dinner and rest.

DAY 4 

SYDNEY – MELBOURNE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Have breakfast at the hotel, check out, go to the airport to check in for your flight to Mel. Scheduled flight: SYDMEL 0930 1100

Arriving in Syd, the group had lunch, then visited: 

  • China Town – a bustling Chinatown
  • Swanston Street
    • St. Patrick's Cathedral – an ancient church built in the 19th century with typical Gothic architecture.
  • Treasure House 
  • Fitzroy Botanic Gardens – is Melbourne's most beautiful historic garden. The historic garden was built as a sanctuary in 1848, the design of the garden is in the classic Victorian style. In spring, the garden becomes vibrant with the bloom of various flowers.

Have dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel to check in and rest.

  DAY 5

PUFFING BILLY / MOUNT BULLER SNOW MOUNTAIN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast: Have breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing Departures:

  • Steam train: Puffing Billy – A journey aboard the Puffing Billy will take you through Australia's magical green Dandenong Range on an extremely well-preserved steam railway. It is a great opportunity for you to relax and breathe fresh air as the train runs through the temperate rainforest. 
  • Dangdenong Park – in Victoria state is about 38km from Melbourne. With a total area of up to 1,900 hectares, this is the accommodation and development of many species of flora and fauna. The ideal habitat of many rare birds, and many beautiful orchids ... and a whole ecosystem that closely resembles a subtropical forest.

Lunch: Have lunch and continue to visit Maru Koala Park

  • Maru Koala Park – Coming to the park, visitors have the opportunity to chat closely with koala bears and their whole families, even hand-feeding them. Besides, there are kangaroos, wallaby kangaroos or rare albino mammals. In addition, there is a koala or Tasmanian devil native to Australia.

From June 06 – 08, winter will apply Snow Mountain attractions (Do not go to Puffing Billy, Dandenong, Maru Koala Park).

  • Mount Buller Snow Mountain – because of June 6-8, while the sweltering heat of summer days is urging travel lovers to return to the sea, on the other side of the Southern Hemisphere, Australia is in winter with white snow. One of the places where you can see the most beautiful snow and experience the most exciting skiing game is in Melbourne – Buller Snow Mountain.

DAYS 6 + 7

BALLARAT – FRUIT PICKING (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: After breakfast, we depart for Ballarat Town:

  •  The town of Ballarrat is where Victoria's gold digging movement began. The history dates back to 1838, when an immigrant landed on the Black Swamps coast, and has since formed a small town. By 1851, the call for gold had broken the quiet atmosphere of this town, and within months many thousands of people had flocked here in search of gold. The population explosion led to the area being declared a town in 1852. Today, Ballarat is back to its former tranquility.
  • You are free to shop at DFO – All stores sell directly, the items here are not through agents or distributors, so the prices are very cheap. The center not only meets the needs of fashion lovers but also provides home décor items or ingredients to make delicious meals,...

    Have dinner at a local restaurant. After that, move to the airport, check in for a flight back to Vietnam. Flight: MELSGN VJ082 01:30 07:30

  • Please bring your Passport (original), and deposit VND 25,000,000/ guest when posting
    Sign the tour.
  • Close the rest of the tour at least 10 working days before departure (excluding public holidays, Tet and Saturday, Sunday).
  • Provide visa applications at least 50 days prior to departure.
  • The company will guide the visa application procedure, how to fill out visa forms, register the application date, customers must be present to submit the application and bring the original documents for comparison.
  • As this is a tour in the "New Normal", cancellations/transfers or rescheduling of tours are not allowed. Guests will be subject to a penalty of the full tour amount paid if canceled/transferred or rescheduled.
  • For guests traveling in a group (2 guests or more), guests who pass/have a Visa but do not join the trip for any reason, will be fined VND 25,000,000/guest.
  • In case you are unable to attend the tour, please bring the tour registration record & payment receipt to the Company's office for cancellation/transfer procedures. Must notify the Company in writing or email (do not deal with transfer/cancellation contacts over the phone).

**Note: In addition to the cancellation of the tour, customers will be based on the above cancellation conditions. At the same time, for guests who already have a group visa of the Company, we will keep the passport until the visa period ends, expires to be allowed entry, and the company will notify the LSQ/Embassy (the place of issuance of the visa) to stamp the "Cancel" visa of the guest. Because we are responsible
duties in your entry and exit.

  • Guests from 18 years old: Covid green card (guests who have received a full dose of covid vaccine, the time to complete the 2nd dose before 14 days and not exceeding 06 months), guests who are F0 who have recovered from the disease (with a certificate from the Department of Health and not more than 06 months), may change depending on the situation of origin and destination.
  • A negative Covid-19 test certificate by RT-PCR/RT-LAM method is required within 72 hours from the time of sample collection and/or sample analysis to the time of entry into the host country (subject to change depending on actual circumstances).
  • Update and declare health before the tour departs. Wash your hands often with soap, antiseptic solutions. If there is a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, immediately notify the leader of the delegation to promptly support handling.
  • Please carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions listed in detail in the itinerary.
  • For cases where the application is not submitted at the application center in Ho Chi Minh City, please bear all travel expenses after our company completes the application and reschedules to submit the application in Hanoi/ Da Nang.
  • In case you do not agree, please incur a penalty fee of VND 25,000,000 per guest.
  • In case the group does not have enough 15 guests to depart (15 guests depart and return according to the tour itinerary), the Company reserves the right to change or reschedule the tour to the nearest departure date. If you cannot arrange work to join the next tour, we will refund the tour deposit/tour fee after deducting your visa application fee without incurring any additional costs and responsibilities (Visa will be notified of cancellation on the LSQ/Embassy)).
  • Due to the nature of Australian visas, the application processing period may be longer than the registered departure date. Therefore, in case of force majeure, the company will assist customers to change the departure date later. If customers cannot arrange time to join the following groups, they will be charged visa fees and other services in the amount of VND 12,500,000.
  • For customers who only purchase land tours (i.e. ground services in the country they want to visit), the Company will not encourage customers to buy/issue air tickets by themselves without a firm confirmation of tour departure from the Company. We are not responsible for trip costs: additional hotel purchases, air tickets, visas ... of customers if the tour does not depart.
  • Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese must have a departure visa to bring with them on the tour.
  • Foreign nationals who have a visa to re-enter Vietnam 01 time, must apply for a visa to re-enter Vietnam
    to enter Vietnam for the next time.
  • If you have 2 Nationalities or Travel documents (not yet naturalized), please inform the tour staff at the time of booking and submit the original with relevant documents (if any).
  • If you only have a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot travel to a third country.
  • Children traveling with family members (other than parents) must be accompanied by a power of attorney certified by the local authority (authorized by the parents to take the tour).
  • For customers from 70 years old – to 79 years old: it is required to sign a health commitment with the Company & a health certificate to travel abroad issued by a doctor. The company encourages additional premium premiums depending on the tour. Any incident that occurs on the tour, the Company will not be responsible.
  • Do not accept customers aged 80 years and above & customers who are 5 months pregnant or older. Pregnant guests are kindly requested to inform immediately upon booking the tour for advice.
  • Depending on the application, the deposit requirement for the Company is from VND 300,000,000/person or more. When returning from the tour, the Company will refund to the guest...
  • After the company notifies the deposit, you do not deposit (even though you have passed the visa), it means that the guest has not completed the payment procedure and is considered self-canceling. You will not be allowed to join the trip and the company will impose a penalty according to the cancellation rules.
  • For International Travel Insurance: will be applied in accordance with the Insurance Rules purchased by the company for the customer. The company will be responsible for providing purchased insurance records so that customers can work directly with insurance and the company is not responsible for incidents related to
    your insurance. At the same time, the company will be exempt from liability for issues related to the health of guests during the visit and stay.
  • The company reserves the right to change airlines at the last moment depending on the airline, weather ...
  • Flight times are subject to change without prior notice due to dependence on the airline.
  • Depending on the actual conditions, the tour program can change the itinerary up and down accordingly and the tourist routes are guaranteed to be full as at the beginning. However, the Company will be exempted from the liability to guarantee attractions in objective cases such as:
  • Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes ...
  • Security incidents: protests, terrorism, strikes...
  • Aviation incidents: flight relocation, cancellation, delay, flight technical problems, flight security...
  • Epidemics...
  • If the above circumstances occur, the Company will consider to refund the non-tour fee to guests in possible conditions (after deducting the services performed: visa fees, air tickets, etc. and not be responsible for any additional compensation for any other costs).
  • In case you are not allowed to leave and enter the host country, the Company is exempt from liability and will not refund the tour fee. You are at your own expense to buy air tickets back to Vietnam.
  • Depending on the situation of Consulate Visa issuance and air tickets, the departure date may be rescheduled from 1 to 7 days from the original departure date or to the nearest next departure group. And in this case, the Company will not refund the visa fee if you cancel the tour, and your Visa
    will be retained until notice of cancellation from the Consulate.
  • Visa applications after submitting to the Consulate will not be returned.
  • For cases of theft during the visit or stay (luggage, property, money, passport ...) in the host country, the Company will support in terms of relevant documents, and is not responsible for compensation / refund of expenses incurred due to the theft occurring.
  • Once the Visa is issued, the Company will retain the Visa until the departure date. In case you want to get your passport back for travel or business, please submit the documents related to the trip and be required to make a deposit (VND 300,000,000) to ensure that the Visa is used for its original purpose.
