DAY 1

HCMC HO CHI MINH ✈ KANSAI (Overnight on the plane)

Evening 22h00: You are at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Head of the delegation check-in for flight VJ828 at 01h00 to Kansai. The group spent the night on the plane.

DAY 2

KANSAI KOBE OSAKA (Light breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning 08:55: The delegation landed at Kansai International Airport, then cleared immigration to Japan. The group moved to Kobe.

❖Kobe Earthquake Memorial Park & Kobe Port Tower: Kobe Port Tower with unique and fancy design – a symbol of Kobe city, Japan. This place attracts a large number of visitors, especially from the tower's observation deck can see the beautiful panoramic city.

Lunch: Have dinner at the restaurant, enjoy Kobe beef

Teppanyaki outstanding culinary style contributes significantly to making Japanese cuisine rich and famous.

❖ Osaka Castle – the symbol of Osaka city, one of the most famous castles possessing ancient beauty, long history of Japan.

Freely stroll Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori & Namba : a bustling neighborhood enjoying delicious street food.

Evening: Delegation has dinner at the restaurant, check-in to the hotel to rest. Overnight in Osaka.

DAY 3

OSAKA KYOTO TOYOHASHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel, depart for Kyoto.

❖ Sagano Bamboo Forest – a beautiful forest in Kyoto has long become a must-visit destination for visitors when visiting in front of a peaceful, tranquil space, feeling the true breath of nature in the midst of noisy and modern life.

Arashiyama Old Town — feast on delicious Japanese matcha ice cream, stroll around the traditional shops of the locals.

Tenryu-ji Temple — meditation garden, World Heritage Site and also one of Kyoto's 5 main temples.

Lunch: Have a meal at a local restaurant.Visit one of the typical and famous temples in Kyoto.

❖ Qingshui Temple " Kiyomizudera " – built in 778 boasts unique scenery displayed in each season. Cherry blossoms in spring, bright green in summer, slender trees in winter, and autumn colors in autumn. The main hall area of the temple is called the Kiyomizu arena. From here, visitors can admire the beautiful scenery of the ancient capital of Kyoto and watch the sparkling and fanciful space when the lights are on. 

The group moved to Toyohashi.

Evening: Delegation has dinner at the restaurant, check-in to the hotel to rest. Spend the night at the hotel.

DAY 4

TOYOHASHI YAMANASHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)                       

Morning: The group had breakfast at the hotel, checked out, the group to Yamanashi departed:❖Enjoy and pick seasonal fruits – always a destination for many tourists with fruitful orchards.

Transfer to Shizuoka

Gyokuro No Sato Roadside Station — enjoy the Japanese art of tea ceremony. Shop for items made from the famous green tea

Lunch: Have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, the group moved to Yamanashi.

Mt. Fuji - The highest mountain in Japan above sea level is 3776m. It is also a scenic spot, a historical site, and has been recognized as a World Cultural Heritage. You will go to the 5th stop at 2,300m to see Mt. Fuji better (weather permitting). 

Oshino Hakkai Ancient Village — peacefully located at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Until now, the houses in Oshino Hakkai village still have traditional Japanese architecture. Visitors can enjoy the ancient, rustic features of the village while watching the autumn red foliage.

Evening: Check into the hotel and have dinner at the restaurant. After dinner, the group experienced wearing traditional Yukuta costumes, taking an Onsen bath

– Help relax the mind, reduce fatigue after a long day of moving. This is also a very famous culture that is good for the health of Japanese people

DAY 5

YAMANASHI TOKYO NARITA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. The group travels to Tokyo to visit:

❖ Sakura Lavender Land – in the city. The ancient samurai sakura in Chiba has beautiful lavender fields with over 5,000 lavender plants of three different types blooming at suitable places for you to take a leisurely stroll and sightseeing. Don't forget to enjoy lavender ice cream and buy souvenirs like dried lavender or lavender perfume Huong as a gift (May 5 – early July). 

❖ Imperial Palace – where the Emperor lives and works (visiting and taking photos outside May 8, 9).

Lunch: Have lunch at the restaurant, move to visit: ❖ Asakusa Kannon Ancient Temple – the most sacred and ancient shrine today in the center of Tokyo with traditional architecture, typical of Japan.

Tokyo Sky Tree - is a Japanese TV tower, with a height of 634 meters with green space bordering the Sumida River, this is also a place that offers a great view of Tokyo Tower (taken outside).

∙ Shop at the famous Akihabara Electric Street – a bustling bustling neighborhood that is also famous for its many Japanese anime and manga-style cafes.

Evening: Check in to hotel, have dinner at restaurant. Spend the night at Narita.

DAY 6

NARITA ✈ HCMC HCM (Breakfast)

Morning: Guests use breakfast then check out. The bus and guide pick you up to the airport to check in on flight VJ823 at 08:55back to VietnamThe delegation arrived at Tan Son Nhat airport, ending the sightseeing program.

  • In case you are unable to attend the tour, please inform the Company and incur the following cancellation fee:

    • After registering for the TOUR, the deposit fee will not be refunded.
    • Less than 60 days before the TOUR departure date, 50% of the TOUR price is non-refundable.
    • Less than 30 days before the TOUR departure date, 75% of the TOUR price is non-refundable.
    • Less than 15 days before the departure date, 100% of the TOUR price is non-refundable.
    • (Cancellation time is included in working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) 

    The cancellation of the tour with the company must be notified directly via email, phone message and must be confirmed by the travel agency. Cancellations over the phone were not approved.

    • Guests are refused exit in Vietnam or entry at the destination: Guests bear 100% of the total tour cost (non-refundable). 
    • In case the departure date but the visa result has not been issued in time, you can choose the next tour departure date or receive a refund of the closed tour fee after deducting the visa cost of VND 800,000 / person.
    • In case you book a tour with a group of friends or family (from 2 guests or more), if one person in the group fails the visa but cancels the tour, the visa dropper will be subject to visa and air ticket fees if the ticket has been issued, but other members who have obtained the visa but cancel the tour will apply according to the general cancellation policy. 
    • Discounted tour program, not applicable for tour conversion or rescheduling
  • Please carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions and exclusions listed in detail in the itinerary.
  • Depending on the actual conditions, the tour program can change the itinerary up and down accordingly, but the tourist routes are still fully guaranteed.
  • Flights may change at the last minute depending on the airline, weather ...
  • In case you are not allowed to leave and enter due to personal reasons, the company is exempt from liability and will not refund the tour fee.
  • Visa applications after submitting to the Consulate will not be returned.
  • According to the new regulations of the Japanese Consulate, after being granted a Japanese visa for any reason that you do not join the delegation with the Company, the Company is responsible for reporting the cancellation of your issued visa to the Japanese Consulate.
  • Please do not separate the group and follow the program. If there is a need to separate the group, please inform the consultant immediately when registering for more information and incidental costs (if any).
  • Guests aged 70 years and above are required to have a certificate of fitness to travel abroad from a doctor and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (fully healthy). In addition, guests aged 70 years and above are kindly requested to purchase premium insurance premiums (fees vary depending on the tour).
  • If you are a foreigner or Viet Kieu, please INFORM THE STAFF FOR ADVICE and bring all passports (bring both passports in case of 02 nationalities), and Vietnam visa (affixed to passports or loose sheets) when touring.
  • If you only have a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot register to travel to a third country.
  • Children from 2 years old to under 14 years old must have a Birth Certificate when traveling with parents or a Birth Certificate + Power of Attorney when traveling with an adult (aged 18 and over) if not a parent.
  • Entry into any country is subject to the approval of your home country, the Company is not responsible if you are denied entry.

  • In force majeure cases such as strikes, terrorism, epidemics, natural disasters. Or due to the incident of changing the schedule of public transport such as planes, trains ... The Company reserves the right to change your itinerary or cancel your travel for your safety. The Company will be exempt from liability for damages incurred (if any).
