SCHEDULE

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – DALIEN (1 meal)

12:00 You will be present at Tan Son Nhat airport (Ho Chi Minh City) to complete exit procedures and take flight QW6190 15:05 – 20:05 to Yichang airport and then continue connecting from Yichang to Dalian on flight QW 6190 21:50 – 00:15 + 1 

You complete immigration procedures and move to the hotel, check in and stay overnight at Dalian Furong Hotel or equivalent.

DAY 2: DALIAN - HARBIN (3 meals)

Morning: You will have breakfast at the hotel. The group will start the journey to Harbin by high-speed train (refer to high-speed train route G47 08:00-11:37)

Lunch: You will have lunch at the restaurant with local dishes.

  • On the way to Harbin, you will stop at a store selling cold-weather clothing, fully equipped to keep your body warm.
  • Check in the famous Snowman on the Internet – This snowman is 18 meters high and made from about 2,000 cubic meters of snow. More than 100 workers spent about a week building this lovely giant structure with the hope of helping people and tourists feel warmer on cold winter days.
  • Ice World – is the world’s largest ice and snow theme park according to Guinness World Records . It is a popular all-season skiing destination with a constant temperature of -5°C throughout the year . It is an incredible park where people build huge snow and ice structures. At night, these structures are impressively illuminated , creating a magical atmosphere in the cold winter night. 

If the snow world is not open, visit the indoor Snow Park (Including elevator + cable car, snow play area)  Opened on July 6, this 23,800 m2 park has just been recognized by the Guinness World Records as the world's largest indoor ice and snow amusement park.

Evening: You will have dinner at a local restaurant and stay overnight at Harbin Rezen Donggu Hotel or similar.

DAY 3: HARBIN – YABULI – SNOW VILLAGE (3 meals)

Morning: You have breakfast, then the group moves to visit:

    • You can see from afar the main track of the skiing events at the Asian Winter Games (if you participate in the Ice and Snow Festival, the fee is 380RMB/guest at your own expense)
    • Winter fishing at Wushulichuange area – here you can enjoy a hot fish soup in the chilly weather
  • Visit outside Yabuli train station , participate in activities such as horse-drawn carriage ride (at your own expense).

Lunch: You will have lunch at a local restaurant and then continue to Snow Village.

  • Snow Village Scenic Area – known as “China's No. 1 Snow Fragrance” (about 5 hours by car). On the way, you will admire the winter scenery with rows of pine trees and birch trees covered in white snow. 
  • Visit the Fairy World Plank Road

Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant and rest at Tuyet Village or at Nhi Lang Ha (about 60m by car from Tuyet Village) 

Here, the group will be immersed in typical winter activities such as the Northeast float parade , music party and fireworks display in Nhi Lang (depending on weather conditions in the Snow Village area).

Snow Village

DAY 4: SNOW VILLAGE – EARLANHE – YABULI – HANBIN (3 meals)

Morning: You have breakfast, then the group moves to visit:

  • Ice and Snow Painting Wolf (self-paid fee 220RMB/guest)  – a place with beautiful snow and ice scenery on the mountainside. On both sides of the road are rows of trees covered in white snow, sparkling like crystal under the bright sunlight, creating a picturesque fairy scene. When you come here, you will be able to participate in the activity of sprinkling water into ice, which will definitely be a memorable experience during the trip.
  • Flood Prevention Monument – Located on the bank of the Songhua River at the north end of ZhongYang Pedestrian Street, this is a landmark building built to commemorate the flood victory of the Harbin people . The 12.5-meter-high tower looks like the bow of a ship resisting the wind and waves, symbolizing the heroic and tenacious flood-fighting spirit of the Harbin people. 

Lunch: You will have lunch at a local restaurant.

  • Visit ZhongYang Pedestrian Street is one of the most famous attractions on the Central Pedestrian Street. The architectural style of the pedestrian street is strongly European, the buildings on both sides of the street are inlaid with many reliefs and stone carvings, making people feel like they are in a European town. 
  • Stalin Park is famous all over the world because it is located in the middle of the Harbin Flood Memorial Tower, which is made from the model of Russian Greco-roman architecture and sixteen art sculptures,…Here each guest is given an ice cream

Evening : You will have dinner at a local restaurant and check in for the night at Harbin Rezen Doggu Hotel or equivalent.

DAY 5: HARBIN - DALIAN (3 meals)

Morning: Have breakfast and continue your journey to explore Harbin:

  • Saint Sophia Cathedral is the largest Orthodox church in the Far East with over 100 years of history , originally a church for the Russian army when they built the Central Eastern Railway. The outstanding building is located in the middle of the city with a unique Byzantine architectural style . The church has now become a Harbin Architectural Art Gallery . 
    • Harbin Grand Theatre – or Harbin Opera House is a multi-venue performing arts center that was selected by ArchDaily as “World's Best Architecture 2015”  
  • Then you take the train from Harbin back to Dalian (refer to train G770 13:14 – 17:21)

Lunch: You will have lunch at the restaurant.

    • Dalian Xinghai Square encloses a circle within an oval road network. The inner circle has a diameter of 199.9 meters, symbolizing the 100th anniversary of Dalian's founding in 1999.
  • Centennial City Sculpture 
  • Romantic Russian Town – This is a small tourist and entertainment town that offers special entertainment services to bring unique experiences to visitors. The town has 27 villas built in the simple, rustic style of the last century, bearing the bold architectural art of Russia.

Evening: You will have dinner and freely explore the night activities and cuisine here. Overnight at Dalian Furong Hotel or equivalent.

Harbin Opera House

DAY 6: DALIEN – HO CHI MINH CITY (2 meals)

Morning: You will check out and go to the airport to take flight to Nghi Xuong QW 6189 06:30 - 09:00 then transfer from Nghi Xuong - Ho Chi Minh City QW6189 10:30 - 12:25. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport , the group will complete Vietnam immigration procedures and receive personal luggage. End of program, farewell and see you again

  • If there is an unavoidable situation due to changes in Chinese policy, the group will apply for a STICKER VISA with the following visa application conditions: (The cost of the sticker visa will increase by 150 USD/person)

  1. Passport cost.
  2. Tips for driver and tour guide, general standard 8USD/person/day.
  3. Personal expenses such as drinks, passport fees, and self-guided tours
  4. Personal expenses such as telephone, Internet, laundry, food and drinks in hotel room.
  5. Single room supplement.
  6. Cost of re-entry visa to Vietnam for overseas Vietnamese and foreigners.
  7. Excess baggage on flights, costs incurred due to flight delays.
  8. Services, tickets, products not mentioned in the program.

CHILDREN POLICY

– Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old (No separate bed).
– Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 100% (with separate bed).
– Children 11 years old and over: 100% of adult tour price.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT RULES

Customers fill out the registration form and provide visa application documents at least 20 days before departure date.

  • Pay tour deposit 15,000,000 VND/person (INCLUDING VISA FEE + AIR TICKET)

For guests with visa exemption or visa, we will deduct 600,000 VND/guest

Immediately after registering for the tour, deposit 50% of the total tour price. The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before departure.
– Cancel tour after registration, penalty fee is 50% deposit (+visa fee if any).
– Cancel tour 30 days in advance, penalty fee = 50% of total tour program price (+ visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days )
– Cancel tour 20 days in advance, penalty fee = 75% of total tour program price (+ visa fee if any) (Calculated by working days )
– After the above time, penalty fee = 100% of total program value (+ visa fee if any). (Calculated by working days)
– Cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or by fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellation by phone is not accepted.
– Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

– Before registering for a tour, please read carefully the tour program, terms, tour price included and not included in the program.
– In case you already have a visa, 500,000 VND will be deducted.
– If the customer is refused exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons (images, information in the original are blurred, unclear, passport is expired or not in accordance with regulations...), the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– Citizens must fulfill their tax obligations to the state and not violate the law before being allowed to leave the country. In case an individual still owes taxes and is not allowed to leave the country, the Company is not responsible for compensating for damages.
– Due to the nature of the group tour, the company will accept a minimum of 10 adults and ensure that the tour will depart on schedule. In case the tour does not have enough guests 7 days before departure,
The company is responsible and will refund the tour fee.
– Customers who have had cosmetic surgery, please re-issue a new passport with the current photo. If you are unable to enter the country due to the passport photo being different from the actual photo, the travel agency will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
– No reason for separation from the group for visiting relatives, business… is accepted.
– Because flights depend on the Airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
– (Passport) Must be valid for more than 6 months (from departure date).
– The tour is purely tourist, throughout the program you are not allowed to leave the group. (For customers who separate from the group, the Chinese company will charge a fee for separating from the group).
– If the guest is an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, they must bring it with them on the tour.
– Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized person must have a letter of authorization from the parent.
– The company will support the application procedures to the best of its ability when you are denied entry into Chinese territory.
