RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Fiditour receives and screens all candidates' resumes including: CV, resume, job application and application time. Potential candidates will be contacted for interviews to be assessed on professional competencies and soft skills. Particularly for strategic positions such as management positions, candidates will go through the 2nd interview to discuss more deeply about development orientation, people management, ... Successful candidates will receive a trial offer from the company within 3-5 days after the interview. The probationary process will normally last from 1 to 2 months.

SALES STAFF - TICKETING
- Job description:
- Receive customer requests, book itinerary: advice, quotations, ticket conditions, airline regulations for guests. Consulting, answering questions of customers wishing for domestic and international air tickets.
- Book bookings to track ticket issuance, ticketing, and flight status tracking of customers. Responsible for bookings, tickets booked and issued by them.
- Handle customer requests related to reservations and support services such as online check-in, meal and baggage reservations, change assistance, ticket refunds.
- Update the price policies of airlines, new routes to advise and set up itineraries at the request of guests.
- Update promotions, combine with departments in the company to have new products with the fastest information for customers.
- Support other jobs related to the box office, report the work to perform the work required by the department.

- Job requirements:
- Intermediate or college/university candidates majoring in training such as aviation, business, tourism, commerce are an advantage.
- Experience from 6 months booking air tickets. Preference is given to applicants with 2 years of working experience at ticket agents.
- Proficient in international ticketing reservation systems such as Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
- Proficient in booking and issuing domestic tickets on websites such as: Jestar, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Bamboo.
- Good communication ability and preferential knowledge of foreign languages.
- Ability to work under pressure, accept to work in shifts when required.

HEAD OF TOUR GUIDE COORDINATION DEPARTMENT
- Job description:
- Coordinate with departments in defining work goals, thereby making appropriate plans to ensure that the work is effective as required by partners.
- Coordinate with tour guides and operators throughout the tour.
- Work with the tour guide during task assignment, explain the work and answer relevant questions.
- Preserve and develop relationships with organic guides.
- Make a specific plan and estimate all necessary requirements to implement the plan such as personnel, costs, types of procedures, etc., and send it to your superiors for direction and approval.
- Continuously monitor the work progress, report to superiors progress and problems occurring throughout the process.
- Receive feedback from stakeholders, thereby making adjustments and improvements in the working process of the whole system.
- Responsible for coordinating tour guides to serve tour groups including teambuilding, MICE and other event organization.

SALES STAFF
1. Job description:
Manage tour organization activities, book tour-related services and resolve issues related to outbound tour services and products.
Establish relationships with service providers. Cooperate closely with departments, partners, guides with the spirit of teamwork.
Carry out visa procedures for tour visitors (consultation and reception of guests' documents, checking guest documents at the request of the LSQ and the Embassy, filling out visa applications and related forms, planning to make an appointment to submit a visa at the prescribed time).
Directly carry out the preparation stage for delegations such as making a list of delegations, completing visa procedures, air tickets, tracking the exact departure schedule, arranging tour guides, means of transportation, restaurants, hotels accordingly.
Regularly update the list of partners, Vietnamese tour guides, foreign tour guides and foreign hotels and restaurants.
Develop and update outbound tour products, new programs, Landtour prices of routes under my charge and promptly report to the Sales & Marketing departments to jointly deploy sales.
2. Job requirements:
Graduated from university or college majoring in Tourism.
Good text presentation.
Having practical experience in Overseas Travel is an advantage.
Japanese and English proficiency are preferred.
The ability to persuade customers, negotiate with partners.
Can work independently and in teams.
Willing to go on business trips both domestically and abroad when required.
Confident, good-looking form, agile, honest.
