1. Invitation

• Specify the invitation time, the reason for the invitation.
• Stamp the legal entity seal identical to the seal on the Seal Certificate (Or the commonly used seal of the company or agency).
• In principle, the legal representative shown on the Business Registration License or Establishment License is the inviter. However, in some force majeure cases, Senior Manager* may invite and use a personal seal to affix on the Invitation Letter (in this case, it is necessary to submit a Personal Seal Certificate and an Employee Certificate).

2. Letter of Guarantee

• Stamp the legal entity seal identical to the seal on the Seal Certificate (Or the commonly used seal of the company or agency).
• In principle, the legal representative shown on the Business Registration License or Establishment License is the guarantor. However, in some force majeure cases, the Senior Manager may invite and use the personal seal to affix on the Invitation Letter (In this case, it is necessary to submit the Personal Seal Certificate and the Employee Certificate).

☞State agencies are exempt from Letters of Guarantee

3. Company seal certificate/ Personal seal certificate (In case the invited company is a private company)
   • In case of using a signature instead of a seal on the Letter of Invitation and Letter of Guarantee: Submit a Signature Certificate.
   • In case the Letter of Invitation and Letter of Guarantee use a company seal other than the legal entity seal: Submit the Certificate of the company seal in use

4. Business Registration License (사업자등록증명, which can be reprinted multiple times from the Korea General Tax Administration website), or Organization Establishment License (고유번호증)

☞In case a state agency is exempted from a business registration license, it is necessary to note the business registration number in the invitation letter;

5. Proof of commercial purpose
   • Purchase and sale contracts, documents proving the promotion of business cooperation, import and export declarations, LC copies, documents proving import and export, emails, quotations ...

• INVITEE PROFILE (VIETNAMESE SIDE):
  • In case of being a business owner: Business registration license
  • In case of being an employee: Business registration license, Labor contract, Decision to send on a business trip, Social insurance (Screenshot of VssID application The process of participating in social insurance) if there is no social insurance, with a statement clearly stating the reason
  • Tax payment certificate (last 3 months)
  • Copy of identity card, citizen identity card
  • Proof of commercial purpose
  • Purchase and sale contracts, documents proving the promotion of business cooperation, import and export declarations, LC copies, documents proving import and export, emails, quotations ...

NOTE

• • In case the information on the Visa Application or other documents is not true or the application is incomplete, the visa may be refused.
  • All applications are only recognized as valid when issued within 3 months from the date of submission.
  • Documents in Vietnamese need to be translated into English or Korean and notarized.
  • In case of inviting two or more people, only 1 copy is required for the same documents.
  • During the verification process, the Korean Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City HCM may request additional documents if it determines that additional circumstances are needed. (Example: Inviting company tax filing or other document may be required)
